• Cost Breakout: Initial Consultation  $199.00 ( 1 to 1 1/2 hrs)  & 6 weekly follow up visits @ $30.00 each for 6 weeks ( 30 minutes)
• Materials fee $10 The Pocket Journal Used to track intake daily

* Note: Follow Up visits may need to be extended past 6 week period depending on goals and progress
